Love and affection is a universal emotion, experienced by people from every nation, tribe, and language group. February 14 is Valentine's Day, a special moment to show care and affection for loved ones.
School Aid Project (SAP) can be one form of caring, especially for students (elementary to high school) who come from poor homes and are facing financial difficulties. Because of this, they are unable to pray their school fee. With Gerakan 100 ribu which held by this project, many more children will be able to receive this scholarship so they can continue their schooling.
Consider, for instance, Anthonius Rangga and Robianus Ola, 1st grade students from Ebak Elementary School, Aulesa Village, East Iliape Subdistrict, Lembata District, Flores, East Lesser Sundas. Their parents are corn field farmers and their harvest occurs only once a year. Their finances are so limited, they cannot even afford their daily needs, let alone registering their children for school.
With IDR 100,000 (or US$ 11) you can make it possible each month for Anthonius and Robianus to return to school. There are still many Indonesian children in many areas waiting for your love and affection so they can continue their studies.
Happy Valentine's Day! Let's use this day to spread love to Indonesian children in need. |
